The brief

Ember & Rye serves brunch on weekends, lunch on weekdays, dinner nightly and cocktails until late, and each menu has its own hours and rules. They wanted guests to order the right thing at the right time, cocktails included, without a pile of third-party widgets.

Online ordering

Four menus that open and close on their own

Weekend Brunch, Lunch, Dinner and the Fireside Bar each have their own serving windows. The menu shows what's serving now, lets guests schedule for later, and keeps the cocktail menu to pickup and dine-in only.

Rewards

A rewards program with its own name

Guests collect embers instead of points and climb from Spark to Flame to Blaze. Tiers, multipliers and rewards are all set by the restaurant, and members redeem straight into their bag.

Smart forms

Catering leads that arrive organized

The event inquiry form adapts to the event type, collects guest counts, budgets and dietary needs, then lands in the owner's dashboard and inbox with a status pipeline from new to booked.

On the phone

Built for thumbs first.

Most orders come from phones. Every page is designed for a small screen, then scaled up.
